Nate has over 19 years of experience in Ontario as a Municipal Plans Examiner/Building Inspector, Mechanical Project Manager, Framer, and Business Owner. He is a fully qualified HRAI certified BCIN Designer, with an advanced diploma in Construction Engineering Technology.
After reviewing hundreds of plans during his career as a Municipal Plans Examiner/Building Inspector, Nate decided to start EmiNate HVAC Design in order to streamline the permit process for homeowners, builders and contractors.
Emily previously worked as an administrative assistant for Western University in London, Ontario but now she enjoys working with Nate to ensure that all of our clients are happy and that we provide the highest quality service possible.
